New Photo Gallery
« on: May 09, 2010, 11:18:16 »
I've added a new photo Gallery as the previous version just does not work very well and is not longer supported by a development team and has not been for some time.

The new one is linked from the main page and is called imaginatively "New Photo Gallery".

The user accounts "should" be linked as I've used a bridge to use the same existing user database for the main site and forum.

Check it out - hopefully it should be more user friendly than last time and should work.

I've only briefly tested it so any feedback welcomed.

I've also created the following categories - if anyone has any more - let me know.

Free Flight - Paragliding/Speed Flying.
Kitesurfing
Land Power Kiting
Snowboarding/Skiing
Snowkiting
User galleries

I "may" get round to migrating the old gallery into the new one.

Nice one Nic, wanna put on an idiots guide for uploading photos for technophobes like me.Never got past creating a file title on the old one. I can manage photos on facebook if its as simple as that.

Cheers

Ade,

It "should" be fairly simple.  I will write up a guide - its just finding the time (I need to for the batch upload bit for sure as its definately not as simple as facebook) - if you could have a go and give me some feedback that would be cool - the standard method of uploading (only 10 pictures at a time I think) "should" be as easy as facebook.
